What to expect
An evening with the map: ten archetypes in five realms, and the Witness who watches which character is on stage. A gentle first step into the work, with a short guided practice and time for questions.
The shape of the work
- Arrival and the container — naming what brings you, and the witnessing practice that anchors everything that follows.
- The work itself — symbol, story, myth and embodiment. Individual processes held in the centre of the group, supported by certified practitioners.
- Integration — what you met, which archetype carried it, and what you take home.
Who comes
People who have done some inner work and want to take this one further. People who are new to shadow work but ready for group experience. People who have been circling a question for a while and would like room to look at it. Workshops are not appropriate for anyone in acute crisis, considering suicide, or actively in recovery from addiction — the Code of Ethics describes those limits in full.
