Which energies do you lead from?
Four archetypes shape how each of us shows up — the Sovereign, the Warrior, the Lover, and the Magician. This assessment maps how strongly you express each one, where you lead from, and which energy sits furthest back in shadow.
Sovereign
The Sovereign holds the bigger picture. It blesses, sets direction, and creates the order within which others can thrive. At its best it leads from a steady centre — generous, fair, and unthreatened.
Warrior
The Warrior gets things done. It sets boundaries, makes the hard call, and moves toward what matters with discipline and courage. At its best it serves something larger than itself.
Lover
The Lover feels and connects. It reads the room, tends relationships, and keeps the work human. At its best it brings warmth, empathy, and a sense that people matter as much as outcomes.
Magician
The Magician sees beneath the surface. It analyses, questions assumptions, and turns knowledge into transformation. At its best it brings clarity, perspective, and the right intervention at the right moment.
