Twenty years holding the work. One-to-one coaching and supervision of newer practitioners.

Practitioner 9 has held this work for twenty years, first as a participant and then through every stage of the training. His one-to-one coaching focuses on long-term clients; he sees most people for a year or more, usually a session a month.

He also offers supervision to newer practitioners — one of the ways the Institute supports members throughout their use of the method — and convenes a small peer-learning group in Dublin.
