Practitioner 5

One-to-one coaching for women in leadership. Works on the inner critic and the cost of long-held armouring.

Practitioner 5 works with women in senior roles on what she calls the cost of holding — the slow accretion of armour that begins as competence and ends as exhaustion. Much of her work sits with the Sovereign and the Warrior, and with what happens to the Lover when both are overused. Sessions run as a six-session arc and most clients find their way to her via referral from former colleagues.

She is bilingual French-English and also holds sessions in Dutch. Most of her practice is online; she sees a small number of clients in person in Brussels and at retreats.
